I was born a Hindu, but then I took a turn towards Atheism in my teen, partly because it was fashionable to be a rebel and partly because I could not relate to how Hinduism was being practised around me. I could not make any sense of how people co. There are over Upanishads but the traditional number is Of them, only 10 are the principal Upanishads: Isha, Kena, Katha, Prashan, Mundaka, Mandukya, Tattiriya, Aitareya, Chhandogya and Brihadaranyaka. This book is a forerunner in introducing these primary Upanishads to the uninitiated.
